Our Team

Experienced people. Shared responsibility. Long-term partnership.

At Entech, our people are central to how we operate and how we build trust with customers.

From leadership and engineering through to quality, supply chain and customer engagement, our teams share a common mindset: take ownership, communicate clearly and deliver predictable outcomes.

We believe strong manufacturing partnerships are built by experienced people working collaboratively — internally and with our customers — over the long term.

Leadership Team

Our leadership team brings decades of hands-on experience across electronics manufacturing, engineering, operations, quality and commercial leadership. They are actively involved in setting strategy, maintaining governance and ensuring Entech continues to invest in people, capability and quality.

Just as importantly, they remain closely connected to day-to-day operations — ensuring decisions are grounded in real manufacturing reality, not theory.

Sales & Customer Engagement Team

Customer service sits at the heart of everything we do at Entech. We believe long-term partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness and deep understanding — not transactions.

From the first conversation through to long-term production and lifecycle support, customers work with a dedicated team that understands their technology, commercial drivers and long-term roadmap. Our Sales and Customer Engagement teams act as the bridge between customer engineering teams and Entech’s global manufacturing operations — ensuring clarity, alignment and accountability at every stage.

This relationship-driven approach provides:

  • Continuity and transparency
  • A single point of ownership
  • Faster decision-making
  • Reduced risk during scale and change

Engineering, Quality & Operations Teams

Behind our customer-facing teams is a deep bench of engineers, production leaders, quality specialists and supply chain professionals working across our global facilities.

These teams are responsible for:

  • Translating designs into manufacturable products
  • Maintaining disciplined production and quality systems
  • Managing change, traceability and compliance
  • Supporting long-lifecycle products over many years

They work closely with customers during DFM, NPI, production and sustainment — ensuring manufacturing decisions remain sound as products evolve and scale.

Building careers at Entech

Many members of our leadership and senior technical teams started their careers on the manufacturing floor or in early technical roles. That experience still shapes how we operate today.

We are committed to developing people for the long term — through:

  • Structured training and mentoring
  • Clear career pathways
  • Opportunities to grow into technical, leadership or management roles
  • Exposure to global customers and manufacturing operations

Whether you are early in your career or an experienced professional, Entech offers opportunities to build depth, responsibility and long-term capability.
