Where possible, Entech engages during the DFM phase prior to NPI, allowing manufacturing, test and supply-chain risks to be identified and addressed early. Where products are already mature or DFM has been completed elsewhere, we can also enter directly into NPI — applying the same disciplined validation and governance.
